VISITORS UNDER THE AGE OF 16 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT

Dark Moon Farm Haunted Trail reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone at any time.

 

By entering the grounds of Dark Moon Farm during the rise of the Dark Moon, you acknowledge and accept the following:

 

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

You understand that you may experience:

 • Sudden darkness

 • Disorientation

 • Uneasy feelings of being watched

 • The overwhelming urge to run

 

The land is uneven. The spirits are unpredictable. Your heartbeat may increase. This is normal.

 

2. SOUND & SENSORY EXPOSURE

You consent to exposure to:

 • Loud mechanical noises

 • Chainsaws (no blades, only screams)

 • Fog

 • Flashing lights

 • Whispered voices that may resemble your own name

 

If the Moon calls to you directly, you agree not to respond.

 

3. PHYSICAL CONTACT

Actors may come close. Very close.

They may invade your personal space. They will not touch you.

You must not touch them.

 

4. MEDICAL CONSIDERATIONS

Do not enter if you have:

 • Heart conditions

 • Severe claustrophobia

 • Pregnancy

 • Sensitivity to strobe or fog effects

 • An aversion to ancient agricultural curses

 

5. CONDUCT OF THE LIVING

You will be asked to leave immediately and without refund if you:

 • Touch, hit, or kick any actor or staff member

 • Film or record video inside the attraction

 • Use flashlights, phone lights, etc. during the experience

 • Are noticeably intoxicated

 • Cause disturbances or disrupt other guests’ experience

 

6. LOST SOULS & PERSONAL ITEMS

Dark Moon Farm is not responsible for:

 • Dropped phones

 • Lost keys

 • Missing hats

 • Sudden unexplained disappearances

 

All belongings left behind may be claimed by the soil.

 

7. FINAL CLAUSE

By stepping onto the path, you acknowledge:

 • The Moon sees you.

 • The land knows you.

 • You enter willingly. And once you begin the trail… There is no turning back.
